Responsibilities:

• Prepares materials needed by the executive for conferences, appointments, meetings and etc.;
• Composes, compiles and prepares correspondence, reports and presentations;
• Composes letters and memoranda from dictation
• Takes minutes during meetings when required
• Prepares summaries or replies to inquiries selecting relevant information from a variety of sources;
• Ensures processed documents are complete, concise, accurate, and conform to established formats;
• Locates and attaches related documents to correspondence that requires the personal attention of the executive;
• Books and arranges travel, transport and accommodation;
• Managing executive’s calendars and sets up appointments;
• Provides general administrative support.

Requirements:

• 3 years of related work experience in office work
• Bachelor’s degree
• MS Office knowledge
• Good command of Azeri and English languages. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills
• Tact and diplomacy
• Professional discretion
• Attention to detail
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
