Requirements:

- Receive operative phone calls

- Answer questions from customers and refer to the appropriate person

- Registration of incoming appeals

- Control of calls and appeals

- Listening to customers' complaints, suggestions and recommendations and directing them to the appropriate person.

- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian, English languages

- Clear and accurate speaking ability

- Ability to work in a team
