Sales Manager Corporate Accounts

As part of the sales team we are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Manager Corporate Accounts to acquire new business on the local corparate market.
Main responsibilities:
• Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment
• Assists in the development of annual sales goals
• Uses outside sales calls to generate new business from local corporates
• Conducts on-site client inspections and entertainment weekly
• Contracts in-house guests to foster additional business, repeat bookings
• Increases sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the hotel marketing plan
• Develops and plans special sales activities and promotions
• Conducts market analysis to determine guests' needs, occupancy potential, desired rates etc.
• Prepares weekly sales call reports to Director of Sales
Personal requirements:
• Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person
• Good communication and social skills
• Good team player
• Flexible and co-operative
• Active selling and fighting the competition in the market
• Knowledge of the local market would be an asset
• Previous experience in hotel business is an asses but not a must
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Fluent Azeri & Russian language both written and spoken
• Person will travel daily visiting local companies
