What Will I Be Doing?

- Sales-out forecasting and planning in related with distributors and Annual Operation Plan
- Demand (sales-in) forecasting and planning related with distributors and Annual Operation Plan, and then submitting to suppliers
- Inventory and stock management – Days of Sales (DOS) and aging risks analyses
- Monitoring that distributors fulfill agreed supply chain KPIs
- Supporting distributors in claims handling (primary transportation, production defects, etc.)
- Handling supply chain related contracts and paperwork
- Distributor’s supply chain cost analyses/optimization which are incorporated in the general discount system structure
- Prepare monthly/weekly internal and external reports on stock level and analysis, demand accuracy, product availability level, timeliness shipment for own distribution center and distributor; Demand forecast for shipments to suppliers

What Skills and Experience Do I Need to Demonstrate?

- Higher education preferably in economics, business, math or any other technical field
- 1+ year working experience on similar or other planning/analytical roles preferably in international FMCG companies
- Experienced in planning, analytical and reporting tasks
- Strong command of MS Excel, MS PPT
- Fluent in Azeri and Russian languages, English - on intermediate level
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong communication and organizational / planning skills;
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and changing environment
