Key Accountabilities:
- Facilitating the management of the portfolio of IT and ERP projects. This includes identifying dependencies between projects, particularly in respect of resources, and the reporting of programme level issues and risks;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Coordinating staff and internal resources as well as third parties;
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
- Keeping abreast of new and emerging technologies, and other developments in the current area of work.
The appropriate candidate for us should have:
- University degree in appropriate field of study ;
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong analytical and structural thinking capabilities;
- Reporting on advanced level;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
