Job Description
• Knowledge and experience in medical field;
• Analysis of documents received from insurance companies;
• Monitoring the insurance claims and negotiating with the insurance companies in order to assist the clients during disputable claims;
• Using cold calls, e-mail tools and personal meetings as a means to create a new client base
• Conducting surveys to assess the quality of services and customer satisfaction;
• Keeping up-to-date with the changes in the insurance market, legislation and the business activities of the clients
Knowledge and skills:
• Degree in Medical (therapist);
• 2 year experience in the Medical field
• Experience in the field of insurance is desirable
• Ability to professionally use MS Office, especially Excel, as well as other IT skills;
• High Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English as well as average knowledge of Russian and other languages is desirable
Work conditions:
• Working hours 09:00 - 18:00
• Work days 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday, bank holidays and national mourning days are off days)
• Salary will be determined based on the interview
