Job description:
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Making travel arrangements, visas and reservations and compile travel schedules
- Assisting procurement and logistics departments: making contacts with foreign suppliers to discuss prices, technical specs etc.
- Writing procedural rules and guidelines
- Making translations and interpretations when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate office procedures
- Secretarial duties: typing formal letters / documents / meeting guests
Requirements:
- Education: University degree (bachelor)
- At least 3-4 years of experience in administrative field
- Advanced Russian and Azerbaijani languages, good command in English.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 - 17:30, Saturday- part-time
- Adress: Çinar Park Business Center, Ahmad Rajabli 1/25 str.
- Salary: 600-700 azn
