Borusan Makina ve Güc Sistemleri Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş is the sole licensed dealer of Caterpillar  equipment in Azerbaijan. We mostly deal with two types of equipment: earth moving for construction, and generators, especially for industrial and oil and gas applications.


POSITION: SERVICE TECHNICIAN

ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION:

JOB AIM AND DEFINITION: Perform to machines and component maintenance/repair in workshop or field side.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain the machines and components due to the directives and informations that provided by Service Engineer or Foreman.
2. Complete the maintenance/repair due to the determined CAT standard job period. 
3. Inspect technical literatures with foreman/Service Engineer in order to solve the technical problems if necessary.
4. Transfer the customer information to the related departments who is prospect for machine,engine or parts.
5. Provide the necessary information ( Technical, operational and maintenance ) to customer during machine delivery.
6. Perform test and do final control of the machines in workshop after the repair comleted. 
7. Realize machine/engine maintenance due to the related procedures which contracted as CSA(Customer Suuport Agreement).
8. Obey the Job Safety and Employee Health Protection program in the workshop and maintain the Service tools if necessary.
9. Work in compliance with the Group Ethic Standards and Principles and making others do the same.
10. Give the required information, reports, developments and arising problems related to the mentioned tasks and responsibilities to the superior office.
11. Fill and preserve all kinds of required documents, contracts, reports and other papers
12. Perform other tasks specified in the procedures

Customers (Operators, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education Level: Technical High school
Education Field: Mechanics, Engine
Experience: 3 Years ( preferably )
Foreign Language: English (Beginner – Elementary)
Computer Knowledge: MS Office ( preferably )
Other: Must be available to travel, male candidates must have completed their military service and have driver licence.
