Borusan Makina ve Güc Sistemleri Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş is the sole licensed dealer of Caterpillar  equipment in Azerbaijan. We mostly deal with two types of equipment: earth moving for construction, and generators, especially for industrial and oil and gas applications.

POSITION: Service Engineer/Service Supervisor


ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION:

JOB AIM AND DEFINATION: To Manage all warranty and technical support related to customer support department .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Report the processes done within the warranty procedures and follow-up the payment related warranty processes.
2. Report the undefined failures to Caterpillar in order to advise Caterpillar.
3. Train the technicians for the newly released service manuals.
4. Order the parts related to the published modifications.
5. To give technical  information service to other departments for machine and parts issue.
6. To manage Product Support Program(PSP) and Product  Improve Programs(PIP)
7. To manage product delivery  reports and enter the these to Caterpillar system.
8. To track  special machine  and components faillure and modifications  and inform these to Caterpillar.
9. To plan all Caterpillar service literatures and  continuous publications  distributions to related  personnel
10. To give technical  suggestions and  define technical problems to Service manager and Custumers. To Arrange  Customer visit  in order to get technical info.
11. Ensure the Job Safety  and Employee health protection program in the workshop
12. Organize field technicians in order to response customer’s service request. Join the field team if necessary.
13. Plan and follow up the technician activity and efficiency.
14. Realize the Annual Service Budget within the region.
15. Plan and follow up the Customer Support Agreements.
16. Define the failure on the machine and component, ensure to open work order, prepare the labor and parts quotation and release the process after customer’s approval.
17. Controls the purchase document released for outsource suppliers for service requirements.
18. Ensure the contamination control program done in workshop and field.
19. Work in compliance with the Group Ethic Standards and Principles and making others do the same.
20. Fill and preserve all kinds of required documents, contracts, reports and other papers
21. Perform other tasks specified in the procedures.

23. Checking daily-monthly service report for reach to service budget.
24. Take necessary action to improve service Key performance Indicators (KPIs).
25. To constitute  service costs and taking measures to lower them
26. Checking the product and support services supplied by the local suppliers and subcontractors and making studies to lower them.
27. Be ensured to fulfil service projects committed to Caterpillar.
28. Respond to customer complaints, giving technical guidance to the support activities and taking necessary measures for these complaints to be resolved and not get repeated.
29. Forming the yearly training programs for the service staff with coordination of Training Managers.

Education level Graduate
Education level: Mechanical Engineer
Experience : 2 years
Foreign Language: English (Upper-intermediate)
Computer Knowledge: MS Office
Others: Must be available to travel, male candidates must have completed their military service and have driver license
