Position: LOC Transportation Specialist
Entry Date: As soon as possible 

• Assisting LOC Transportation Division to prepare Transportation concept, transport route maps of the FIFA U-17 Women`s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012
• Cooperation with all LOC divisions concerning the transportation matters both HQ and venue levels
• Supporting LOC Transportation Division to collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
• Training of drivers and transportation volunteers
• Organizing and monitoring daily transport requests by LOC team
• Support LOC transport team to conduct investigations in cooperation with government agencies in order to determine causes of traffic accidents and improve safety rules
• Evaluate the training and recruiting efforts to ensure proper safety training is provided for bus drivers and safe riding in general
• Other responsibilities related to transportation issues

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in Logistics/International Trade/ Transportation Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Azerbaijani/English Language Proficiency. Knowledge of other languages is appreciable.
• Good IT skills
• Excellent  Communication skills
• Problem solving skills, creativity, ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours (especially during the tournament period)
• Effective teamwork skills
