Position: LOC Accommodation Specialist
Entry Date: As soon as possible 

Job Description

- Assisting Local Organising Committee of the FIFA U-17 Women`s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012 related to the  Accommodation matters
- Reviewing Accommodation requirements (for hotels, draw location) provided by FIFA
- Actively cooperating with selected hotels for the tournament. Being an intermediary between FIFA and LOC to arrange requests.
- Assisting LOC Accommodation Director to hire and train new accommodation responsible people and volunteers to operate at FIFA/team/referee hotels
- Constantly keeping in contact with FIFA Accommodation Division
- Supporting LOC Accommodation Director during the tournament period to monitor operations at the selected hotels in the venues
- Preparing Reports for LOC and external parties about updates

Job Requirements

- Azerbaijani and English Language Proficiency. Any other language is an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Management/Business/hotel management/tourism or other related field
- At least 1 year work experience in related/similar sector
- Good IT skills
- Effective working relationship with team members
- Readiness to work overtime (especially during tournament)
- Problem solving skills, creativity, ability to work independently
- People who had experience in accommodation field in any kind of events are preferable
