Position: LOC Venue Volunteer Manager
Entry Date: As soon as possible 

Job Description

• Assist Volunteering Division within the preparation work of FIFA U-17 Women`s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012 to attract volunteers to the tournament
• Support LOC to cooperate with Universities, NGOs, Companies, Embassies and other related entities to promote Volunteering Programme
• Serving as a Venue Volunteer  manager in one of the dedicated stadiums during the tournament period
• Assisting LOC Volunteering team to organize trainings, camps for the volunteers
• Management of Volunteers in the stadium during the tournament period
• Preparation of daily, weekly reports for Volunteer Director related to the operations in the dedicated stadium (match days, during the tournament)
• The LOC Venue Volunteer Manager reports directly to the Department Director and assist all other staff as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Management/Communications/Social Work/Human Resoruces or any other related field
• Good IT skills
• interest to sport, Basic knowledge of football
• Perfect spoken and written Azerbaijani/English language. Other languages are optional/appreciated.
• Minimum 1 year full time work experience
• Demonstrated success in implementing media campaigns
• Demonstrated track record of developing successful working relationships with reporters
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and demands at a time
• Excellent writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management. Experience working closely with executives, team members
• Problem solving skills, creativity, ability to work independently
• Readiness to be work long and tough hours during the tournament
