Position: LOC Accreditation Specialist
Entry Date: As soon as possible 

Job Description

• Assisting Local Organising Committee of the FIFA U-17 Women`s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012 for all matters related to Accreditation Division
• Getting acquainted with FIFA Accreditation Guidelines, assisting LOC Accreditation team to prepare the concept in stadiums, official draw location, hotels and etc. and sending it FIFA for approval
• Preparation and communicating working documents explaining accreditation procedures for all interested parties such as: LOC, FIFA, International/Local Media and etc.
• Assisting LOC to build up accreditation centre in stadiums, FIFA hotel and official draw location and operating dedicated centre with assistance of Accreditation Volunteers
• Realization of  planning, coordination, implementation work related to the Accreditation
• Constantly keeping in contact with FIFA Accreditation Division
• Preparing Reports for LOC and external parties about updates
• Informing LOC Volunteering team about the number of requested volunteers for Accreditation, preparing their Job Descriptions
• Training of Accreditation Volunteers who will assist LOC during the draw and tournament period
• On match days controlling operation work of the Accreditation Centres and informing volunteer management team about the producitivity of the accreditation volunteers.

Job Requirements

• Azerbaijani and English Language Proficiency. Knowledge of other languages are appreciable
• Bachelors degree in Economics/Business/Management/Licensing/MBA or related field
• At least 1 year work experience in related/similar sector
• Good IT skills
• Effective working relationship with team members
• Readiness to work long hours (especially during tournament period)
• Problem solving skills, creativity, ability to work independently
• People who had experience in accreditation field in any kind of events are preferable
