Position: LOC Ticketing Specialist
Entry Date: As soon as possible 

• Assisting LOC Ticketing Division within the preparation work of FIFA U-17 Women`s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012
• Cooperation with all LOC divisions concerning the ticketing matters both HQ and venue levels
• Assisting LOC to cooperating with FIFA Ticketing and fifa.com responsible people (to post ticket sales information)
• Supporting LOC Ticketing Division to collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
• Actively working as Venue Ticketing Manager in one of the dedicated stadiums
• Working with ticketing database and preparing reports for internal and external parties
• Training of sales agents and ticketing volunteers
• Organizing and monitoring ticket requests by LOC team
• Other responsibilities related to ticketing issues

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing/Finance/Economics/Management/Tourism or any other related field
• Azerbaijani/English Language Proficiency. Knowledge of other languages is appreciable.
• At least 1 year work experience in related/similar sector.
• Good IT skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated success in implementing any related projects
• Experience working closely with executives and effective teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and demands at a time
• Excellent writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
• Problem solving skills, creativity, ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours (especially during the tournament period)
