Position: LOC Hospitality Specialist
Entry Date: As soon as possible 

• Assisting Local Organising Committee of the FIFA U-17 Women`s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012  to prepare hospitality concept for the tournament and  to work based on the standards which is FIFA provides
• Dealing with catering companies to provide qualitative and fair service
• Constantly keeping in touch with FIFA Hospitality team
• Organizing and monitoring hospitality requests by FIFA/LOC team
• Serving as Venue Hospitality Manager in one of the dedicated stadium/venue
• Supporting LOC Hospitality Division to collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
• Training of hospitality hostesses / volunteers
• Preparing all related reports for internal and external parties
• Other responsibilities related to hospitality issues

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Customer Care Management/Tourism/Catering or any other related field and at least 1 year work experience in related/similar sector (hospitality/tourism is preferable)
• Demonstrated success in implementing any related projects
• Azerbaijani/English Language Proficiency. Knowledge of other languages is appreciable.
• Demonstrated track record of developing successful working relationships with others.
• Experience working closely with executives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and demands at a time and work under pressure
• Excellent writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
• Effective working relationship with team members
• Excellent  Communication skills
• Problem solving skills, creativity, ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours (especially during the tournament period)
