Duties
- Fill in the immigration forms in English
- Advise on/Track customers' cases
-Respond to customer queries (in phone/office/social media)
- Explain services of the company to new clients
- Fulfill other work related duties requested by management
Requirements
- Only a female candidate
- Fluency in Azerbaijani language
- Working knowledge of English (mostly emailing and filling in forms)
- Professional experience in working with different categories of customers
- Strong analytical skills
- Some account manager experience is desirable
- Be sociable, outgoing and positive team member
- Work schedule
Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00
Saturdays 10:00-16:00 (currently not working on Saturdays due to Covid-19)
Starting salary is 500 AZN.
