Reports to: Planning and RCM Lead Engineer
End date: 14.02.2021

Responsibilities:

- Leading RCM and FMEA studies for equipment specific preventive and corrective maintenance activity generation
- Leading reliability technicians such as steam trap, lubrication and vibration monitoring technicians
- Leading RCA studies for all disciplines as reliability champion
- Reporting Reliability department for the relative Maintenance KPI’s and controlling the accuracy of the data.
- Transferring reliability culture to company structure for all disciplines
- Tracking equipment performance and defining bad actors

What we are looking for:

- Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Min. 3 years of experience (Max. 40 years old age)
- Knowledge about RCM, RCA, Lubrication, Steam Traps or Vibration Monitoring
- SAP PM, Microsoft Office Programs knowledge
- Familiar with International standards
- Advanced English
