Blue Planet Distribution LLC is announcing a vacancy of Procurement Assistant.
-Receive MSRs from different functions such Operations, Maintenance, Retail, Finance, HR, Marketing, Admin etc.
-Process RFQs or organize tenders depending on type and scale of requested material, product or service
-Research local and international market to provide best overall value or lowest bid depending on requirement and budget
-Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business
-Re-negotiate contracts with suppliers to produce better savings and further value for spend
-Create POs based on e-mail communications, MSR, quotations and contract
-Create bid comparison tables
-Review or prepare procurement contracts
-Work with Finance team throughout the procurement cycle to assist with forecasting and budgeting
-Work with Finance and ensure proper documentation for on time payment
-Prepare monthly report of purchases
-Stock control of routine products such as lamps and shopping bags
-Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
-Perform other duties related field as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
-Advanced Azerbaijani and English
-High education in Economics/ Accounting Business and Administration
-Team working and interpersonal skills;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Numeracy skills and proficiency using IT; (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-Good organization skills and the ability to multitask;
-The ability to cope with the pressure of having to make important decisions and meet tight deadlines;
-The capability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets;
Work hours- 09:00 till 18:00
Work days - Monday till Friday
