Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic, Company Management Systems, Procedures, and Client specific requirements, where appropriate
• Ensure the preparation and compliance of reports in accordance with Company’s HRIS & Reporting Standard and following the HR Reporting Procedure
• Ensure the preparation and compliance of reports in accordance with requirement of local legislation
• Ensure the preparation and compliance of reports for Management, other departments, Client and third parties (SOCAR, Insurance Companies etc.) on constantly base as per agreed schedule as well as on ad-hoc basis
• Ensure Company’s organigram is kept updated
• Provide competent support and train HR personal on SAP HR Module
• Keep HR Team updated about any change in SAP HR Module
• Ensure that all controlled HR documents are uploaded into KOMS in timely manner
• Provide accurate information for surveys
• Ensure the organisation of EERMs and provision of accurate minutes in time
• Stands as a Key Contact for Management in reporting issues and provide a consultation as required

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• University degree related to the discipline
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Ms Excel
• Excellent level of verbal and written English language
• Excellent level of verbal and written Azerbaijani language
• Experience in Human Resources department
• Knowledge of the industry
• Knowledge of Labour Code
• Experience to interpret, write reports and documentation
• Excellent communication, leadership skills
• High degree of integrity, ability to work with sensitive data and maintain trust and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
• High accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to research, analyse and present data
• Ability to write clearly and effectively
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Commitment to safe working practices, policies and legislation
