Key details about the role and the candidate

• This position is part of our Supply Chain Team within the Procurement Department. The Data and Cataloguing
• Administrator will be responsible for accurately cataloguing materials, equipment, and services and ensuring seamless
• inventory management. This role supports data accuracy during ERP system transitions, working closely with the Inventory
• Management Supervisor and the Country Supply Manager.

You and the role

• We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in data and cataloguing within the supply chain or a related field. Ideally, you will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of cataloguing standards, and proficiency in managing data integrity.

Primary responsibilities

• Work closely with the cataloguing team to ensure accurate cataloguing of parts and services.
• Maintain cataloguing processes and ensure compliance with standards like PIDX and Coding Matrix.
• Review and update the catalogue database (materials, equipment, manufacturers, vendors) to support smooth
• Supply Chain processes.
• Collaborate with business units to verify and validate cataloguing information, minimizing classification errors.
• Support data cleansing and ensure accurate data transitions between ERP systems.
• Regularly input new material technical data and vendor information, maintaining the database in SAP.
• Maintain accurate HS Coding information for export compliance.

Experience

• 2-3 years of proven experience in supply chain, data management, or cataloguing within industries like oil and gas or large-scale process sectors.
• Knowledge of cataloguing standards, Supply Chain Management (SCM) policies, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office applications is advantageous.

Behaviour and Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus).
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills.
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• High integrity, particularly with sensitive and confidential data.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Minimum qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and good proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
