Job description:

• Work directly with project manager to help implement project goals
• Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, contracts
• Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
• Performing other duties upon Manager’s request
• Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals
• Performing other duties upon Manager’s request
• Preparing market researches, presentations if needed

Requirements:

• Higher education in International Economic Relations or Business Administration is preferred
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian (both spoken and written)
• Knowledge of MS programs
• Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to travel
