Job descriptions:

  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Review and approve office supply purchases
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Managing office budget

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
  • Ability to prioritize work

Terms and conditions:

  • Working schedule: Monday – Friday
  • Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Starting salary (net) – AZN 550
