Responsibilities:

  • Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries;
  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices;
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments;
  • Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes;
  • Input and reconcile financial data in the company's accounting software;
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance;
  • Working experience in the related area +2 year;
  • Excellent written and spoken Azerbaijani, good command of English 
  • Working experience with Excel and accounting software (1C 8.3);
  • General knowledge of Azerbaijan Tax regulations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks;  
  • Skills to manage interpersonal conflicts and promote a harmonious work atmosphere;  
  • Efficiently manage time, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
