Role title: Purchasing coordinator (frozen fish)

Department: Operations
Reporting to: Members of the board
Purpose of the role: Coordinating of the purchasing activities of the frozen fish stocks

Key result areas:

 Creation of the comprehensive supplier databases for different species of the frozen fish
 Establishing and maintenance of the relationships with suppliers
 Contribution to the global awareness about the company as the reliable partner
 Daily preparation of the inquires for the raw material purchases
 QC standards (technical sheets) database creation (by supplier)
 Reference pictures database creation (by supplier)
 Raw sales offer creation (by supplier)
 Coordination of the pre-shipment inspections by the agents
 Continuous frozen fish market assessment
 Creation and maintenance of suppliers’ databases

Needs to know

 Dropbox / Email – advanced user
 English – verbal / writing / business language - advanced level
 Russian – verbal / writing / business language - advanced level
 Microsoft Word / Excel - experienced user
 INCOTERMS 2010

Additional knowledge:

 Mentality understanding / business ethics code (Asia / Europe / Latin America)
 Pages / Numbers / Mac OSX
 Various financial tools payments for deliveries (letter of credit, factoring, payment delays, payment insurance, working capital loans)

Work specific competence:

 Knowledge of document turnover in international trading
 Overall understanding of the transaction, related to wholesale trade fishery products

Able to:

 Initiate a process of purchasing by demand and according to the plan
 Critically asses the market
 React quickly
 Work at the first half of the day

Salary: 1500 AZN+ / 5 days working week / applicant should be ready to travel by demand
