POSITION: Food Safety Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Internal Control

TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring compliance with sanitation, safety and health regulations
• Tracking of quality records, analyzing and reporting
• Assist with enforcing quality assurance procedures, food safety policy and personnel hygiene instructions
• Assist with calculating food requirements and requesting supplies and equipment
• Assist with preparation for any and all food safety audits
• Responsible for inspections of stores and warehouse when needed
• Responsible for checks of customer complaints, returned product
• Tracking the periodical quality control testing of private label products

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• University Diploma in Food Safety
• Fluent Azerbaijani, good Russian and/or English is preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to complete all necessary documentation
