Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Digital Strategy and Business Opportunity , marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products or services.
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic and lead generation.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush).
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML and web design principles is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Digital Marketing - SEO | SEM | Google Ads | Meta Ads | Performance Marketing Manager
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
