Main responsibilities:
• Provides full administrative support to CEO by answering and transferring phone calls;
• Coordinates and administrates CEO’s calendar;
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
• Prepares agendas for meetings and schedules;
• Monitors incoming correspondence;
• Proceeds with necessary office administrative duties.
Candidate requirements:
• High education
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
