Head of Electrical Workshop
Main duties and functions:
To take part in technical and organizational measures, drafting planned repairs schedules and implementation;
To provide the work facilities with set technology regime and operation guidelines;
To maintain records of diesel fuel consumption.
To arrange operation of the diesel and electricity equipment in accordance with the technical rules to carry out inspections on a regular basis of electric safety facilities.
To identify technical state of electric equipment and diesel units, compile a list of defects
Conduct awareness raising activities in the workshop;
Arrange effective use of the materials, equipment and vehicles allocated for the workshop;
Take actions for eliminating accidents and fires, provide first aid to the injured;
To participate in the preparation of operation plan and instructions
To improve qualifications of the workshop employees, properly place and use them accordingly.
Passporting the workshop properties, record the movement and technical state of assets and do other documentation, arrange protection of the property and the documents;
To ensure that production processes, individual activities, equipment, operation of vehicles and warehouses are arranged in accordance with the safety regulations, standards and relevant regulatory requirements;
Control purchase, storage and use of toxic, explosive and flammable substances in accordance with requirements of safety rules and instructions as well as ensure compilation of technical documents.
To ensure highly dangerous works are undertaken after preparation of permit sheet, and in accordance with the regulations and guidelines
To ensure that equipment, mechanics, installations, production and sanitary-amenity buildings, fences, protection and rescue equipment is in operating condition and good order.
Execution of orders and instructions of Company, supervisory bodies and trade union committee regarding occupational safety as well as ensure compliance with instructions of occupational safety employees.
To ensure fit and proper operation of the ventilation system, normal levels of noise, vibrations, lighting and acceptable air content in the premises in accordance with the sanitary norms
To ensure the employees undergo instructions and learning in quality and timely manner.
To control availability of the list of instructions required for each production site and the preparation of instructions according to that list
To supervise the operation of electrical equipment by conducting regular and periodic monitoring in distribution facilities and fields
To participate in developing a list of equipment that will be required to be added and updated throughout the year
To control timely testing of electrical equipment as well as correct compilation of test protocols and other technical documents
Control repair and maintenance of electrical equipment operated in production areas according to the approved PRM (Planned Routine Maintenance) schedule
Arrange quality installation of electrical equipment.

Required Skills:
8+ years’ experience in a related field
Technical school or vocational school education
Language- Azeri (Fluent), Russian (intermediate) English (intermediate)
Computer skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
