Purpose of the Job:

• The role of the job is to develop/project the strategic online marketing plans to increase the awareness of customers, increase online sales, and effectively manage E-commerce team.
• The job of E-Commerce Manager contributes to online sales awareness through managing the project as well as technical teams. Managing the team will lead to efficient operations of the department, clear understanding of work to be done, increasing of the online sales, right web content development, and photo shooting

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage project and technical team effectively
• Improve strategic online marketing campaigns
• Overseeing design and developments of online platform/website
• Monitor web analytics and internal data sources
• Design efficient roadmaps of projects and manage the execution
• Establish annual budget based on projects and work scope
• Developing SEO/PPC strategy and marketing plans towards implementation of e-commerce projects
• Manage analyzing campaigns on AdWords, Social Media Ads, and other channels
• Effectively managing offline and online sales

Person Specification:

Experience:

Essential:

• Proven experience in management of digital marketing campaigns
• Developing SEO/PPC strategy and marketing plans towards implementation of e-commerce projects
• Web analyses and internal data sources

Desirable:

• Achievements in managing projects within the E-Commerce (Retail)
• Overseeing design and developments of online platform/website

Qualifications / Education:

Essential: Higher degree

Desirable: Degree in digital marketing or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing

Work Skills:

• Fluency in Azeri, Russian and English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Strong knowledge of Google analytics, Google AdWords and other tools

General Skills / Attributes:

• Organizational skills
• Strong business communication skills
