JOB DIMENSIONS
Absheron Early Production Scheme (EPS) is an early development phase to target a first gas production in 2021.
The Full Field Development will be envisaged depending on the results of EPS well ABD001.
JOCAP Joint Operating Company will manage the EPS phase through Technical Services agreements with SOCAR and TOTAL, who will conduct on its behalf both Drilling operations and EPC Project (Platform, SPS, UFR). Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.
ACTIVITIES
The job holder’s overall responsibility is to manage the interfaces between the Work orders and EPCIs namely
The Drilling under TSA/WO2 with TEPAB
The Drilling under TSA/WO2 with TEPAB
The Oil Rocks Receiving Facilities & Tie In under EPCIwith BOS Shelf
The subsea part (SPS and URF) under TSA/WO4 with TEPAB
The job holder shall liaise actively with the service providers (Drilling, SPS, SURF, and Receiving Platform) and shall coordinate data and information between them.
The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility, and for ensuring that required HSSE competencies are within his team.
The job holder shall:
-Ensure development (by others or himself) of relevant documentation, such as Interface identification, Management procedure etc.
- Promote that the split of responsibility between work packages are well identified and defined with no ambiguities.
- Follow up the implementation of interface responsibilities and requirements between Contractors.
- Assist and facilitate quality check of the interface related deliverables.
- Promote timely identification of potential interface problems as they arise
- Assist in follow up Package Managers for all matters concerning interfaces and check the conformity of the activities carried out by the work packages to project specifications, their impact and consistency with the development plan.
- Expedite the exchange of Interface Task Sheet involving contractors as necessary.
- Ensure Interface Task Register (ITR) and Interface Document Register (IDR) are up-to-date.
- Liaise with Document Control team to assist in consolidation of the interface management records.
- Contributes to achievement of the Project planned production start-up date
-Ensures good relationships with the Service Providers during the whole Project Duration

Use the provided means of personal protection correctly
Leave the workplace behind correct and orderly, upon job completion – enforce the Company Clean Desk policy
Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor
Participate actively in HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills
Co-operate actively in the execution of the HSE plans
