A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Purchasing specialist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Follow the Purchasing strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and overall strategy.
 Supporting Purchasing Department with the sourcing, negotiating and creating contracts and agreements for equipment, services, supplies, and raw materials.
 Provides support to Finance for raw material forecasting and inventory planning.
 Understands the entire supply chain process and proactively improve internal processes and controls.
 Assures the Company’s compliance with customer requirements and supplier contract terms and conditions.
 Participates in and supports sales/revenue forecasts, as affected by purchasing strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal.
 Should have minimum 2 years of experience as Purchasing (Hotel industry preferable).
