Position: Personal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
• To keep records of Director’s meeting
• To remind, set-up and organize meetings
• To assist in presentation
• To fill forms, respond e-mails if required
• To help with any organizational tasks
Requirements to the candidate:
• High education;
• Fluent writing /reading skills on English/Azeri/Russian
• User skills in MS office
• Advanced skills in power point
• Several years’ experience on the same position
• Ability to work in office atmosphere
• Ability to keep subordination
• Driving license
• Communication skills
• Problem solver
