JOB DIMENSIONS

Absheron Early Production Scheme (EPS) is an early development phase to target a first gas production end of 2020. The Full Field Development will be envisaged depending on the results of EPS well ABD001.
JOCAP Joint Operating Company of Absheron Petroleum is a new Company created in March 2018, which is the Operator of
Absheron from August 2018.
Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.

ACTIVITIES

The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.

The job holder responsibilities are:

 assist the maintenance team in the technical preparation and planning of preventive end remedial maintenance;
 assist the inspection Engineer in the technical preparation and planning of inspections;
 administer the CMIS software (SAP based);
 in charge of the preservation of Spare parts;
 Ensure the Spare parts are available in the respect of Costs constraints.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES

 Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System
 Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
 Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task
 Assure of the safety of his work site
 Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution
 Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor

Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment,
and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor

ACCOUNTABILITIES

A: MINOR or OCCASIONAL – B: IMPORTANT or FREQUENT – C: ESSENTIAL or REGULAR

DETAILED ACTIVITIES

1. Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE, to implement HSSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility and to ensure that required HSSE competencies are within his team - C
2. Participate in preparation and update of the maintenance procedures - C
3. Participate in the set-up and then administer the Materials Management System (SAP UNISOL MM tool) - C
and the Computerized Maintenance & Inspection Management System (SAP UNISOL PM Tool) - C
4. Overall management of the Spare parts (maintain adequate stocks levels, clear identification of critical items, supply chain follow-up, preservation) - C
5. Prepare and issue monthly reports for the maintenance and Inspection including KPIs and action lists - C

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

 Level / Diploma: Master degree in Science / Engineering
 Professional Experience : more than 5 years of experience in Maintenance of oil & gas facilities including operational
positions on offshore sites.
 Knowledge of :
- SAP
- Maintenance of Oil & Gas Facilities
- Inspection of Offshore Facilities
 Other required Competencies:
Cost Control / Material Management, Maintenance Engineering,…
