Abris Distribution Inc. is seeking a male candidate for a full-time position of Purchase Manager 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interaction with manufacturers and vendors from company’s portfolio;
• Detailed knowledge and high expertise in products Purchase Manager responsible for, getting of vendor’s certificates if exist
• Promotion and bringing out to the market  products of vendors in the field of Purchase Manager responsibility;
• Visiting vendor’s events, conferences, trainings
• Preparation of special offers for sales managers on products in the field of Purchase Manager responsibility;
• Preparation of price lists for partners
• Optimizing terms and receiving of special offers, discounts, different kind of promo programs from vendors
• Performing market and competitors analysis, searching for opportunities of sales increase;
• Promoting of products among company’s partners, carrying out of partners conferences, assistance in increasing their expertise, assistance of getting official partner statuses and certification
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with vendors;
• Carrying out presentations and negotiations;
• Participation in stock planning;
• Cooperation with sales, marketing and logistics departments;
 
Requirements:
 
• Graduate university degree. Major in Information Technology or Business Administration is strong advantage;
• Basic knowledge of IT products: brands, types, main manufacturers, world leaders;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Knowledge of IT market;
• Confident and highly self-motivated, with strong entrepreneurial skills;
• A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
• Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and  cooperatively with team members;
• Proficiency in hardware, software, other technology tools, and office equipment;
• Proficiency in 1С software program;
• Strong leadership skills, result-oriented;
• Strong analytical skills, global thinking;
