QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-4 years work experience in marketing
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Excellent English & Russian knowledge in speaking ,writing and reading,
• Fluency in oral and written communications,
• Work systematically, quick, analitical and disciplined,
• Excellent using of MS office programmes,
• Fluency in solving problem and coordination
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Responsibilities:
• Support product in all aspects of Business Development and marketing
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns & promotions
• Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing services
• Oversee a social media strategy
• Social media account handling
• Manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s) and apps - more into content side
• Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Instagram
• Track and analyse website, app& campaigns traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
• Fix any errors or bugs in online content
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Working hours: Monday- Friday ( 10:00 - 18:00)
