Investment Manager 

Responsibilities:

 Leading the investment process including sourcing, conducting due diligence for potential investment opportunities and in later stages evaluating potential exit opportunities for the portfolio companies
 Continuously looking for new investment opportunities, talking with prospective companies to identify attractive investment opportunities aligned with the investment strategy defined by the shareholders
 Acting as the shareholders’ point of contact with new investment opportunities during the investment evaluation process
 Conducting due diligence and valuation on selected investment opportunities and presenting recommendations to the shareholders
 Working together with the investment advisory team formed by expert finance professionals to understand past investments and existing investments
 Managing business analyst(s)

Qualifications:

 5+ years of experience preferably in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, M&A
 Preferably with MBA or Masters in Finance education
 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification or progress towards CFA
 Sound investment judgment and exceptionally good in numerical and analytical skills and valuation for assessing investment opportunities
 Strong communication and negotiation skills for making robust investment recommendations to the shareholders and interacting effectively with third parties
 Entrepreneurial and self-motivated personality with a strong ownership mindset
 Ability to work on a standalone basis
