MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙ Employment of various valuation methodologies such as discounted cash flow, earnings multiples, capital asset pricing model etc;
∙ Financial modeling to facilitate the valuation, including scenario/sensitivity analysis;
∙ Preparation of valuation reports, presentations and other deliverables;
∙ Review and audit financial models submitted from group companies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
∙ Bachelor and Master degree in Corporate Finance or related major;
∙ Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience;
∙ Strong valuation, modeling skills and knowledge of financial statements;
∙ Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) skills;
∙ Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
∙ Fluent in Azerbaijan and English languages.
BONUS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
∙ Education abroad (UK, US or European);
∙ Being progressed in CFA charter (level 1 at least);
∙ Knowledge of Russian language.
