HR Specialist

Oil & Gas Company working in Azerbaijan is looking for middle-level HR Specialist:

Requirement:

• Masters in Human Resources, or other programs such as Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Psychology or Sociology. (International education is preferred)
• 1-3 years of work experience in  HR role in the international environment
• Knowledge of Azerbaijan Labor legislation and ability to work in state labor system
• Good understanding of business ethics and work flow in international companies
• Proven record of leadership potential and ability to work  in multicultural  environment
• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs.
• Shall demonstrate ability of working under time pressure

Job Summary:

-  Ensures that HR processes are implemented in timely manner and in accordance with company HR procedures and local requirements.
-  Administers HR moves at the location: Hiring, departure, transfers and promotions,  such includes  processing  of  actions in HR systems and formalizing  required documentations in accordance with procedures 
-  Administers local benefits programs
-  Provides statutory employment and social reports to state authorities 
-  Responds to employee inquires and redirects them  if required 
-  Ensures that  HR services are delivered in professional manner and up the highest business standards
-  Assist with recruitment and interviews for non-technical positions.
