Position: Junior Business Analyst
Salary: Subject to successful candidate’s experience and academic background
Main Responsibilities:
• To be involved in new customers and partners search process
• Gather customer, competitor, and market condition data, create database and regularly update data
• Prepare brief reports about services of the potential corporate customers from different sectors
• Taking part in conducting of economic and statistical analysis of the company
• Analyze existing data and incorporate into marketing strategy
• Taking part in drawing up protocols of meetings
• Convert findings into written reports
• Prepare presentations about company`s profile upon management request
• Gathering and analyzing data related with transportation, alternative routes
• Tracking given tariffs according to customers requests and gathering them in one database
Required Skills and Experience:
• Fluency in Azeri and English (verbal & written), Russian is an asset
• University degree in Business administration, management, economics or relevant field
• Excellent research skills with strong written and verbal communication, creative presentation skills
• Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) platform (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview and etc.)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work as a team but also work independently with little supervision on complex tasks requiring frequent problem solving and critical thinking
