QA/QC Technician/Engineer

Oil & Gas Company working in Azerbaijan is looking for QA/QC Technician/Engineer:

Requirements:

• University Degree in relevant discipline
• 5 years relevant experience
• Practical experience in pressure testing of oilfield equipment
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Very good knowledge of Azeri and English languages
• Proven record of learning ability and high performance

Responsibilities:

• To read and understand drawings, documents, and specifications
• Perform quality control inspection activities (including Dimension check) related to the service, repair and refurbishment of Equipment and Tools, to verify and assure compliance with Company specifications and industry requirements;
• Perform receipt inspection, in-process inspection and final release inspection activities and to create relevant reports of such activities;
• Perform witness and verification of Equipment/Tools undergoing acceptance testing and to review results of such tests for compliance with requirements;
• Identification and appropriate labelling of non-conforming product to prevent its unintended utilization;
• Raising, updating and closing down of rejection reports to facilitate the control and rework of non-conforming product;
• Be responsible for all site measuring and testing equipment and organization of required calibration on timely manner;
• Monitoring and manage non-conformance systems.
• Managing Document Register
• Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to management and Client
