IT Help Desk

We are looking for a competent IT Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
- You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Prepare price quotation to replace some details and parts of hardware, equipment and purchase them
- 2 years of relevant technical experience
