Marketing Director

Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing director to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
• Supervising, motivating and monitoring of wholesalers/dealers performance;
• Develop client motivated systems;
• Develops marketing strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
• Regular monitoring / analysis and reporting of current activities in the market;
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends;
• Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function. Project management and coordination, project team motivation and pushing skills;
• Product/portfolio analysis (ABC, XYZ);
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services;
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
• Visits current and potential customers for new ideas;
• Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• Identify new markets and business opportunities;
• Participating in exhibitions;
• Monitoring the implementation of brand standards of the company;

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous 5 years’ experience and good knowledge in Marketing
• Good communication skills, stress tolerance; 
• Strong presentation skills;
• Proven working experience in public relations required;
• Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level;
• Azerbaijani, Russian and English fluently spoken and written communication skills;
• Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.;
• Event planning experience;
• Experience in participating in exhibitions;
• Project management and coordination;
• Analytical skills;
• Available for business trips (local and abroad);
