Position: Night Shift QA/QC inspector

Responsibilities :

• To achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications
• To perform all inspection and test of the scope that required as per the contract
• To prepare QA reports
• To have a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards
• To be able to read blue prints and interpret requirements
• To assure that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities
• To remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• To monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• To liaise with managers and operators to ensure the smooth introduction of new products and processes and for reporting and reducing quality issues
• To ensure that processes comply with requirements, using established engineering techniques
• To ensure all quality data is captured
• To conduct audits, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
• To discuss inspection results with those responsible for productions
• To keep accurate documentation for reporting and to be aware of quality documentation such as Work Inspection, Non Closure, ITP, QPR
• To know the definition of plan-do-check-act (PDCA) and understand the team concept

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role minimum 5 years
• To be able to work in night shift
• To be able to work with AutoCAD
• To be able to transform technical requirements to written work instructions
• To be proficient in Microsoft Office
• To be certified for QA/QC activities
• Knowledge of English (Russian is preferable to) on the bases of profession
