Position: Façade Package manager
Job Type Full-time
Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku

Responsibilities:

• To manage and coordinate the project wise façade works;
• To meet with sub-contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work
• procedures, complaints, or construction problems
• To study the work packages and instruct the team accordingly;
• To be able to read and implement the design drawings and shop drawings
• To oversee, support and maintain project schedules and identify the outstanding issues and follow up them appropriately;
• To be responsible for project management including; change requests, submittals, RFI's, millwork shop drawing review, budget/schedule maintenance, and project close out;
• To be proactive to solve issues that arise;
• To Interface directly with management to define project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in related area;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices;
• Knowledge in QA/QC and HSE requirements.
