Position: Chief specialist (Training and development)
Location: Baku, Marine Plaza
Salary: Depend on successful candidate’s experience and academic background
Main Responsibilities:
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization;
• Designing and expanding training and development programs;
• Developing a Training needs analysis for the company and incorporate within training plan;
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainings.
Required Skills and Experience:
• University Degree;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Training & Development field;
• Initiative and creative;
• Professional command of Azerbaijani ( Knowledge of English and Russian languages is an advantage)
• Knowledge of MS Office
