Position: Lawyer (Male candidates are preferred)
Location: Baku, Marine Plaza
Salary: Depend on successful candidate’s experience and academic background
Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
Main Responsibilities:
• Advising and preparing agreements, documentation (power of attorney, opinion, warrant) on the legal aspects;
• Assisting management and head personnel in interpreting contract terms and conditions;
• Represent Company in courts, official and non-official bodies,
• Analyzing, researching and summarizing legal information and keeping up to date with changing legislation;
• Reviewing contract terms and conditions making sure that they comply with state laws, company policies and research, anticipate and guard company against the legal risks.
Required Skills and Experience:
• University degree in Law;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijan legislation as well as Knowledge of Civil, Labor, Taxes and Contract Law of Azerbaijan Republic
• Ability to learn and quickly understand new solutions and develop yourself;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, English - upper-intermediate;
• This position requires 1 year of overall experience working in Legal area;
• Attention to details and high level of responsibility;
• Ability in decision-making;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
