Call Center Operator (Female)

Responsibilities:

 Gives response to inbound dealer calls, inquiries or questions
 Enters the questions into the system and informs suppliers about requests for action
 Gives information to technicians when necessary
 Follows up, control and file service & maintenance forms
 Makes coupon and terminal paper tests
 Conducts the operations of dealer surveys
 Performs cross functional tasks such as participating to surveys, business excellence projects, company activities etc.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree,
 Minimum 2 years corporate customer care experience,
 Advanced user in MS Office suite,
 Fluent language skills in Azeri, Russian, English
 Highly customer and service oriented personality,
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills,
 Knowledge of CRM software applications,

Salary: 500 AZN Net
