Call Center Operator (Female)
Responsibilities:
Gives response to inbound dealer calls, inquiries or questions
Enters the questions into the system and informs suppliers about requests for action
Gives information to technicians when necessary
Follows up, control and file service & maintenance forms
Makes coupon and terminal paper tests
Conducts the operations of dealer surveys
Performs cross functional tasks such as participating to surveys, business excellence projects, company activities etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree,
Minimum 2 years corporate customer care experience,
Advanced user in MS Office suite,
Fluent language skills in Azeri, Russian, English
Highly customer and service oriented personality,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Strong problem solving and analytical skills,
Knowledge of CRM software applications,
Salary: 500 AZN Net
