Finance Director

Job responsibilities

 Oversight over finance function deliverables
 Be actively involved in the creation of the company financial strategy
 Lead the company Budget and forecast processes including liquidity planning
 Report to and work with the CEO and Group Finance Function on relevant financial matters
 Responsible for timely and accurate month end closing
 Ascertain reliability and integrity of financial reports produced by the company
 Prepare effective management reports to facilitate decision making such as costing, performance analysis etc.
 Provide mentoring and arrange a training program to make sure finance function delivers expected results
 Responsible for preparation and timely submission of tax and other reports required by law
 Liaise with external auditors 

Requirements

 University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a complex production environment
 Advanced IFRS knowledge, professional accounting certificate ACCA or CIMA preferred
 Solid knowledge of Tax Code of Azerbaijan Republic
 Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English
 Advance knowledge of Excel
