Your main job responsibilities
*To analyze, define and document business requirements for new Fixed/ FMC products/ services and ensure inclusion in the overall requirements of any new initiative, system, application being developed
*Highlight alternatives for the creation/ development and implementation of new/ change requests for Fixed/ FMC products and services for faster time to market and cost benefits
*To monitor FMC products implementation progress, resolve issues and conflicts, scope change requests and recommend actions to keep project on track
* Develop and deliver draft project reports. Provide discussion, recommendation and review papers as requested on assigned project work.
* Consult and collaborate with stakeholders on FMC products implementation. Ensure internal/ external stakeholders are kept informed about project developments which affect them in a timely way.
* Identify and implement changes in FMC products as agreed.
*To balance business requirements with technical feasibility and set expectations on new projects within FMC portfolio.
*Determine resources and timelines to ensure the development is compliant with the requirements
* To ensure all projects and initiatives related documentation within FMC portfolio is formerly reviewed by all business representatives
*To dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner understood by relevant audiences. Where possible, influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems without customization
Your education and work experience
*Bachelor Degree in a Technical area (Telecommunications, IT)
*MBA is an advantage
*Knowledge of Telecommunication market in Azerbaijan specially Fix line business
