Instrumentation and Control Engineer
Job Description
Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to work with an international team on the detailed design phase of a Refinery Project. Report to the Sr. Instrument / Lead Instrumentation Engineer of the Project. This role will be responsible for providing design support on EPC/EPCM projects and capable of performing the responsibilities listed below.
Qualification
Graduate in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or equivalent. Familiar with International standards.
Experience
7 ~ 10 Years’ experience in FEED, Detail engineering and, EPC project preferably for Oil and Gas and petrochemical Industry is required. Experience in revamping project for refinery will be added advantages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out work in accordance with company and project Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems,
2. Carry out the work as per project scope, project standard and relevant international standard,
3. Preparation of Instrument Index, I/O list
4. Preparation of Requisition, data sheet, technical bid evaluation, and vendor drawing review for field instruments,
5. Preparation of Cable list, Hookup diagram, MTO, loop drawing, and vessel sketch,
6. Site Survey,
7. Coordination with other departments and clients/EPC contractor
